Real Estate Investor in Richmond Virginia

I have recently finished flipping my first house successfully and I am now looking to begin my next project. I am looking in Richmond, Virginia and have found a few potential properties to make a profit off of, but I am still looking for investors for this flip. I am interested in working with a Hard Money Lender or a Private Money Lender and would love to hear any advice or tips on finding potential investors.
