Hello BP, 

I am a real estate agent located in Kansas city and I looking to connect with local investors. I would love to hear what type of investment strategy you like to use in Kansas City and Why? Also curious to where your favorite location is to buy property? I am new to the real estate world and just looking to get educated on what the local OR out of state investor is looking for!

Kansas City is growing in popularity due to it's sports, entertainment, and culture. Just recently their professional football team won the 2022 Superbowl. In a few years the world cup will be visiting KC  followed by hundreds of thousands of tourists to see the first US world cup. 

With many visitors coming to KC for short periods of time the demand for STR/AirBnB has grown significantly over the past decade. Especially when most of the events are not located downtown near hotels. STR offer a great way to pay down mortgage on properties that the owner wants to hold for long periods of time without having to find a trusting tenant.

Overall, short-term rentals can offer a lucrative investment opportunity for property owners, while also benefiting the wider community.

I am new to the real estate world but have absolutely fallen in love with the industry in just a couple of months. The best part about real estate in my opinion is the networking. Not only is it required to be successful but it is truly one of the greatest joys within the job. 

I am just curious how other agents find investors and what kind of networking they do to be successful?
