Connecting with Investors

I am new to the real estate world but have absolutely fallen in love with the industry in just a couple of months. The best part about real estate in my opinion is the networking. Not only is it required to be successful but it is truly one of the greatest joys within the job.

I am just curious how other agents find investors and what kind of networking they do to be successful?

Hey Chase, there are a lot of ways to do this. Try to attend your local REI networking groups and meetups. You can connect with as many real estate investors as you can from those. As an example, look on Facebook/BiggerPockets for different events. You could also build a referral network from lenders all the way to property mangers and contractors. Lastly, you could use social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIN and of course BiggerPockets to your advantage. All the best!
