Thank you for the response Krishna! Looking into reia and have been listening to bigger pockets rookie podcast and some of the audio books. I like the long term rentals and interested in knowing more about short term. I’ve been thinking more recently it might make sense to work for re investor to learn the process and help them with their business while learning until I know the right next steps for myself. Would you think that might be a good next step? Do you belong to a local reia?

Hi All! Happy new year. I'm beginning my RE journey and have time and connections to money to invest but want to make sure I have knowledgeable advocates to help answer questions and avoid issues. I am very interested in a mentor to help hone my vision and processes. Does anyone have any suggestions on mentors and/or REIA meetings to help kickstart my 2023 journey? Willing to work for a mentor to help build their portfolio while learning the business and then potentially work together to build a partnership. Please let me know your thoughts! Thank you. Chase
