Hey, I'm very new to real estate investing. I was wondering who pays utilities in multifamily homes. If it is separately metered do the tenants pay? And if it isn't separately meted does the landlord pay?

Hey, I'm very new to real estate investing, and was wondering if Utility Score https://myutilityscore.com/ was a reliable way to look up the cost of utilities on properties. Also, are there any other hassle free ways to find out the cost of utilities on properties?
