Hi Lynne. I am charwak. Recently moved to NC from Michigan.

I am interested in investing in land and subdividing the lots. I would love to chat and learn more and see if we can work together.

I live in Charlotte but come to Raleigh to work once every month and I will be in town the week of 22nd. May be we can catchup for a coffee and chat more?

Hello BP members,

Need some guidance here.

We own some land in southern Charlotte which is currently zoned r-40 for single family. We want to subdivide the land and partner with a builder and build a community and share the profits.

Looking for some pointers and how to go about it.

W are also open to sell the lots and get out as well.
