Hi! I am a new land lord and am wanting to start doing Section 8

My question is-

If my rent is $725 and the tenant has an $800 voucher- what happens to the rest of the money?

Am I missing what I should be charging? I did Rent O Meter and charged accordingly.

I am purchasing my first Rental. I am looking in Midwest City. Are you investing there?

What is average rent you are charging?

Are you seeing a need for Section 8?

I am trying to be a new Section 8 landlord- in researching I found the rates paid. For a 3bd the website says $1074- our small county only had 2 homes for rent and they are listed for $650-

My question is how do you get the maximum rent? My #’s work great at their rate.

Hi y’all ! I am looking at making an offer on a rental. List price at $57k. Offer $28,500. It’s in a flood zone. Should rent for $800. What do you all think?
