Hi Ian
I am new to investing and I would appreciate any help and I think it is great that you want to help as I have received so much information from these forums. I do not have any one working for me so, My question to you is: How would I go about finding both sellers and buyers so that I could wholesale properties?

Thank you so much for all this info. Tenant owned is what I thought would be the best. How do you get the tenant to buy the unit is the park has mostly park owned units? Do you travel to look at these parks or buy from pictures? What type of financing is available? Lots of questions and thanks again.

I am new at this site and this is my first post. My question - is it better to buy a park that has park owned units or a park that has mostly rented spaces? It seems that park owned would be more like an apartment with lots more upkeep.

I have been searching for mobile home parks and I find that many have park owned homes. Which is best? Park owned or owned by the tenant? If park owned it seems like there would be more upkeep.
