Which market are you currently investing in?

Elderly housing? Trailer parks? Student Rentals? A Class homes? B class homes? C class? D Class? War Zones? Section 8? Ex-convict housing? Foreign exchange housing? Air Bnb? Vacation renting? Luxury home rentals?

What are your 3 biggest issues and challenges you see within the market? All markets provide something different.

Here in my market, my D class should propose different challenges than I suppose someone with an A Class.

I would like to compare and analyze for my own knowledge!

Hey ivy! It seems like it’s uncommon

But it’s basically, a charge that is placed upon the newest tenant. Landlord doesn’t have to give it back, landlord doesnt have to HOLD it in “ escrow “

Well sir, buildings actually increase in VALUE over time. Not decrease.

In 30 years my home will be worth 150k lol. Not zero dollars
