- Simple and effective way to reject applicants.

I do in person showings and an open house style of showings

10-15 people apply every time

Only one can be selected

How do I properly reject the other 9?

does this sound good?

" The Unit Has Been Rented To Another Applicant"

@Bjorn

Basically, just pay some man/woman to come do a thorough clean?

I don’t want to break the bank

@Timothy VanWingerden

Never heard of a punch list before

But you know what I mean, extensive cleaning is not necessary for a C class home

@James Wise

Do you do cleanings before you start showing the home?

I feel like it’s so tedious to do haha

Often, prospective tenants will come and request a certain demand.

- “ Well, can you paint this a different color “

- “ Well, what about the outside, will you update the gardens? “

- what about the dust? Seems dusty everywhere!

Can you advertise a rental unit as being rented as IS? Meaning take it or leave it haha
