Seems like the banks have eased up on the 4 mortgage max policy. Got approved for another property should close end of the month.

One advantage to cash is you're in a stronger position to buy the property. Sellers like cash buyers.

As of a few months ago, banks wouldn't even offer financing for investment condo's in Florida (due to "housing crisis" and potential of HOA fees rising with so many owners not paying). Not sure if this is changed..

Yes hoping for more. Bought the condo's from a cash out refi of primary residence (3%), HELOC (also 3%), and loan against my 401k (paying myself back with interest while continuing regular contributions). The house I have a mortgage on (total payment is $450/month rents for $1050/month minus 10% and first month to prop mgr). So pretty much tapped out of cash at this point but researching other ways on this site..

One condo is in Hunters Creek, one is near Lake Buena Vista, another condo and house in Davenport (near Kissimmee)
