I would be interested in learning more about the Talladega, Alabama property.

I am in that market. If you send me the details I can let you know at what price point I would rent it.

Hey Rick.  Yes we are just finishing our third property.  I am lined up on three more right now.  Not sure if the deal will go through or not.  It has been fun but frustrating of course. Let's talk sometime.

Hi Richard, I use First Alabama Bank of Talladega. They have been good to me for my properties. Are you coming back or flipping from California? Charlie

Hello everyone.  I am Charlie Diggs.  My wife and I just bought our first rental property.  We are doing some minor repairs and hope to have it on the rental market soon.

We both work full time jobs.  I am in International Business Development for a medium sized European Company.  It is a great place to work and I really enjoy what I am doing.  I have been investing in the stock market for about 10 years.  I enjoy it and I feel that I am fairly successful.  I have been investing in many different REITs over the years with moderate success.  I recently decided that I want to take a portion of my portfolio and start investing in buy and hold property.  So that is how I got started.  I am very analytical and always stick to set criteria when investing in stocks and I plan to use the same approach in the real estate market.

I have started putting together my team.  I have a great broker, lawyer and banker.  I am looking for an accountant at this time.  I am a little nervous about being a landlord.  I need help in setting up the screening process, lease agreements, rules, etc....  I truly want to start off right.  I want to setup the business with the correct structure and procedures so that scaling is easier later if we choose that direction.

I found Bigger Pockets while searching for real estate books.  I can across a free book titled The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate.  Then I started listening to the podcast in order.  I am listening to 30 right now as I type.

That is a little about me.  I look forward to being involved and participating in the discussions.
