Financing (near Oxford, Al)

Does anybody have recommendations for lenders in or around the Oxford, Alabama area? I'm looking to put 20% down on a flip in that area, the property is foreclosed, owned by Fannie Mae, and is "distressed," so I'm having concerns with large companies like Wells Fargo.
