I'll be stationed at Fort Polk. I've been there twice before but only for training. I plan to use my VA for a multi family and look for another I that I can buy with my own money. I've been searching mainly on apps like Zillow and trulia but find it difficult because of my lack of knowledge about the area. I would have to live with the VA but is open for other places for the other. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello everyone! My name is Simon, and I'm new to BP. After being moved to LA with the military, I'm hoping to meet partners that knows the LA market. I'm interested to buy and hold a rental property but with what little experience I have it seems intimidating. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
