Hello BP! I've been passionate about real estate investing for about 2 years+ now, specifically multifamily properties.

I am currently saving as much capital as possible to &$put a down payment on a multifamily property by the time I am 21.

I have a couple questions for yall and would appreciate an answer tank's !

- Effect short term wealth building strategies?

- Any mistakes/Advice you could tell your beginner self?

@Byron Scott congratulations coming from a similar background making a similar shift at 19 yrs old on the same path as you

@Kiera Underwood I am thinking of coming to OK from Texas as a starting investment could I get some advice ?

Hello! I am very interested in buying or financing raw land and building a tiny house /shipping container community, renting them out as my first start into real estate... I am located in Austin, Texas area, 19 years old. I have a job/income but I am very confused on where to start exactly being as young as I am with as little capital as I have. I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals, I just need some guidance or help.. Thank you!!

@John Moorhouse coming from someone who dropped out of high school... Stay in school man. Trust me. Especially if you are on track to graduate and aren't years/credits behind.

What are the best investments/ideas to begin with? Is it impossible to start owning properties / rehabbing properties or renting out properties with less than $25,000?
