I own a multi family building, no liens.However my credit is in the 640 range.I need cash to purchase another building.Any suggestions appreciated

This post was awhile ago but timely now with
the current cuts to the budget.Question.....is
subsidized housing getting the ax along with
other welfare programs? And what are the avenues open to us to obtain grants for green
projects etc and affordable housing.I do believe
