So long story short, my parents has 23 single family properties that I managed for them for the last 8 years. Well they were contacted by a company that wanted to buy them all and they were ready to retire out of state. The new owners didn’t need me to manage the properties anymore. This was always a side job for me but I really enjoyed it. I’m not sure how to get this started on my own? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
