Property manager question.

Posted

So long story short, my parents has 23 single family properties that I managed for them for the last 8 years. Well they were contacted by a company that wanted to buy them all and they were ready to retire out of state. The new owners didn’t need me to manage the properties anymore. This was always a side job for me but I really enjoyed it. I’m not sure how to get this started on my own? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Charles Carey

If I were you I’d get my real estate license and or brokers license because it gives you more credibility.

When starting on your own use your inner network as beginning properties to manage. I would create your llc and start marketing your company.
