WE are Seeking a Loan of $25,000 From a Private Individual for 60 Days, in Which we will pay a Fee of $2,500.  

On the Day the Funds are Delivered, We will pay a Initial Fee of $1000, and In 60 Days we will pay back your Loan, of $25,000, and Pay a Final Fee of $1,500. 

The Loan will be Secured by a First Lien Mortgage on a Free and Clear Property, at a 1.3 Debt service Coverage Ratio.

If Agreed, We will send the Attorney Prepared Documentation to be signed.

We are applying for a Personal Loan to pay down the balances on our Personal Credit Cards to Qualify for Acquiring Business Credit Cards.  The Requirements For Our Personal Loan ask for (2) Guarantors for the Loan Amount we are applying for. The Loan Co. Require that the Guarantor has Most Accounts in their Credit Report by reported as "On Time", Credit Score or DTI. will NOT be Considered.   We will pay an Initial Fee of $300, once your application is approved by the Loan Co.  The Loan Terms are: Loan Amount: $10,000., $288. Monthly Payments for 36 Months. We will make all Payments On Time. Your Obligation will be Secured by a First Lien Mortgage on a Free and Clear Property, and a Vehicle Title.  We will Pay a Final Fee of $1,000., Plus 5% Monthly Interest, at the Loan Payoff.  We Plan to Pay Off the Personal Loan in 60 Days. Open bank accounts and have them deposit their money there, then get the bank to give you a proof of funds letter 

My partner in my llc has a 750 credit score, I have not done a deal in 10 years, but looking to get back in the game, I have a deal under contract both properties <$50k, each for purchase and rehab, who will have the best plan, rates, Hard Money, Private, or Community Bank? I’m in Cleveland Ohio

I'm a Rehabber/ Investor in Cleveland Ohio, and I need a No Credit Minimum, No Document, Low Income, Asset Based Loan ASAP.
