Need a No Credit No Doc Low Income 5% Dn 8% 5 yr 100K Asset Loan

I'm a Rehabber/ Investor in Cleveland Ohio, and I need a No Credit Minimum, No Document, Low Income, Asset Based Loan ASAP. Loan Terms to be around 5% for Down Payment, and or Origination Points,   Interest Rate <=9%,   Term 2 to 5 yrs.   Loan amount of 100K, for the Purchase of (2) Properties, a Single, and a Duplex, in a Package Deal,  so this need to be a Blanket/ Cross Collateral Loan.    Combined Purchase Price= $55K,  Rehab= $35K, Aquistion Costs= $10K,   Total= $100K.  Rehab is Partially completed, and will be completed in full in 60 days, and rented in 30 days,  Combined rents= $3,000/ mo.  I will supply a Note, and First position Lien Mortgage, and will Refinance in 2 to 5 years to pay off loan.  I can be reached at email: [email protected], or Cell: text or leave a voice mail at (216) 235-2739, Chuck
