Thank you all for the advice. i had have like 20 reach out to me and my first question is are there any upfront fees. Once they verify that i say no thank you. Havent got one that said anything about appraisal fees. 

Anyone here have to pay any upfront fees when they starting working with the private lender? Like origination fees, processing fees, etc.
