@Heath Ryans Thank you for responding. I wasn't sure on the matter. Does it matter if if I have a business partner? From doing research, we both thought that starting out, having our business name on business cards and setting up a website would need the same, to show that we are serious and professional. But you're saying, we could actually do business without it?

For an investor just starting off as a wholesaler, should I start off with a DBA alone and wait to get a few wholesale deals in before getting an LLC? Or should I get an LLC from the start? I do not have any assets just yet. I've been doing research and see that there are all these fees involved in started an LLC, but I'm just starting off. Not sure what to do. Any advice? - newbie 😊

@Brian Gerlach Thank you so much! Still getting my feel around the site. I have the app downloaded, but I couldn't find the network tab. I'll go to the actual BP website. Thanks again

@Chanel Legare Los Angeles county area

Hello everyone,

My name is Chanel and I'm new to BP. I'm a new investor in the Los Angeles, Ca. area... looking to network with other local RE affiliates; wholesalers, agents, lenders, contractors, cash buyers, brokers, etc. Starting off as a wholesaler and looking to do rehab deals in the near future. Recommendations are welcomed.
