Looking to find a coach in Delaware  to help me learn a little more and grow as a wholesaler I am brand new to wholesaling I know the basics but still have a few questions and could use some more education on wholesaling from an expert. Any recommendation's?

If I was purchase a house at a Sherrif Sale where would I be able to get the money to get my property fixed so I could either resale or rent it out?  And about how long do you have to pay back what you borrow from a lender?
