@Terry Lao Yes, it is not the 1st no, just the 1st no of something that belongs to me. His signature is only to designate he is a none borrowing spouse only. I qualified on my own credit & equity. If I default, it would not be on his credit at all, but we did talk money b4 marriage & he seemed to change his mind about investing, but it just looks like I will be doing investments separately.

@Luciano A. YES! This is our 2nd marriage. You definitely have a spirit of decernment. I am indeed reading & checking out every webinar I can & actually have another 2 deals pending. And I will take your advice on the Homestead. Thank u.
