@Carolyn Lorence Wow Carolyn!!! Yes I own it free & clear & don't need that much work down & it will cash flow, especially in Houston. I am going to try this Loan & see if I get it. Thank u so much!!! This is Major!!!!!
@Eric Nurmi No cash flow on anything yet!
@John Woodrich Whynot an s-corp?
@Cindy He Thank u and I totally agree with you. I will try again, but I really think I am going to approach this a different way all together.
@Kenneth Blacow Thank u. I sincerely believe you and now that I know better, I can move forward and do better.
@Grant Rothenburger that is something I have just learned here.
@Greg H. Well Greg, it's ok for you to feel that way. When I posted to this forum I should have known it would be some judgement. I heard you and @Kenneth Blacow @Luciano A. @mary and @Bart H. Other than my husband, I had not had any of these conversations with anyone else besides so yall on this forum. Yall have given me some valuable advice and information that I can use to further the preparation of my home for rental. understand without giving a whole bunch more information we only moved out of the house after Hurricane Harvey, even though the house did not flood that was just the time frame that we moved. So whatever I owe, I will take care of it under the advice of my legal counsel. I chose not to respond because I didn't know how to respond. I am not on this forum to make my husband out to be the bad guy, he is actually a very awesome man. However we have a difference in opinion when it comes to investment. I appreciate your concern and if you want to applaud him, by all means. I'm not on here to down him or recruit a pity committee. I'm just trying to find a viable civil solution that makes sense w/in my power and options. I've heard everyone say check your laws make sure you're not breaking the law, update the Homestead and check with the bank and then move forward and that's exactly what I plan to do. I sincerely appreciate your Insight and your wisdom and taking the time to share that with me Greg.
@Terry Lao Yup, the richest man in Babylon. This is a good way to approach it. I will try this out. I have to children who are 4 &10, who of course will be going to college soon.
