hey corey  congrats on gettting in on the rei fun its great that your learning But don't get stuck on analysis's paralysis because the one thing ive learned so far is That even if your 20 to 30  years in your still going to be learning, as well a lot of people get stuck in just learning but never execute Whatever you do the best advice I can give you is don't follow down that path Get out there analyze deals And make offers on the good deals what ever you do if your looking to buy and hold or you planing on wholesale and flips just make sure you not only learn but also exicute too good luck brother !!!

Ok so all the info your looking for is on this website www.wealthfit.com/rei/v2 ok so im not sure if they still have the 1 dollar for the first mo promo if not you do have to pay monthly if you want to keep it but your not locked in so you can cancel at any time i used it before and it gave me amazing info including all the info your looking to acquire and more it also gives you a  lot of downloadable content including the contracts how ever if your looking for the right contracts for use always consult a lawyer or even look to a real estate agent they also may have an idea of where to find what your looking for also there are a lot of great books that you can go to your local library and take out and or listen to on the audible website or app hope this helps good luck!

The best advice i can offer is to go online and google your towns specific county website and look up map zoning for _______ area in your town some results should pop up for that county. I recently did it and found that their are a lot of homes that are zoned commercial where i live but they are residential homes  the maps give you different zone types in certain areas like a zone, b zone, c zone ...... and so on. If you wanted to take it a step further your county should have a local zoning board i'm pretty sure you can appeal to them as well for info in exactly what your looking for just try doing a bunch of keyword google searches i'm pretty sure something good will pop up. good luck !
