Looking for best way to find foreclosures as I embark on my REI journey. I'd like to keep a lookout so when I have enough saved to buy one later this year I'm ready and can keep watch on pricing/value.

I'm just beginning my journey to becoming a real estate investor. I'm looking for others like me who recently started, have been in the game a while or anyone else that has knowledge/suggestions for meetups/groups to be involved in/forums to be a part of/etc. I live in SF and am planning to get as educated in as many ways as possible over the course of this year as I take my deep plunge into real estate investing, with a focus on rental properties.
