My question is where in NW Washington are cash buyers looking to fix n flip? I'm wondering which areas to target for wholesaling? I'm also curious besides asking local investors what would be some good resources to find this info? I'm going to attend the next REI meeting in my area, but am curious what the BP community has to say. Thanks in advance!

I appreciate all of the feed back! All of the resources help. I actually attended the auction today and did grab some info from John L. Scott. There are free classes on Tuesdays, but I plan on attending a REI club meeting on Tuesday. Are any of you planning on attending this meeting?

Out of curiosity has anyone been to the Seattle forclosure auctions downtown? I was wondering where I could find the auction list before the auction and if there is a opening bid listed? Thank you!
