I love Leveraging OPM (Other Peoples Money) My opinion is to use a HML, and save your money. Also see what the Heloc would be interest wise. I hope this helps!

Hey everyone, anyone know where I could get a HELOC on my rental? Alot of Banks told me they won't do a HELOC on the property due to it being in an LLC. Looking to use the equity for my next flip.

Thanks for the responses everyone! I think I am going to start doing alot more research for the Knoxville TN and Surrounding area.. I will be working on gathering a team together in the very near future.

I am licensed in MD, I went through CE Shop. I thought they were a good online course company. When I worked my full time job I came home and studied for hours. Didn't take long at all to get it done, just have to stay on it.

Hello everyone, 

Maryland Resident and Realtor, but I am looking to do Out of state LTR's. Seeing if Knoxville TN is an ideal location for BRRRR method? I would love to get some opinions on this, and potentially try to get a team together.. New to being a real estate investor, but I help investors here in MD as a Realtor.

Thanks for the input! I have looked into Jacksonville because of the Military base, and one of my Lenders lives down there. I guess putting together a team is one of the things I should really be looking into doing. I have a good team in MD, but I have nothing out of state.
