I'm also curious if there are other ways to pull equity in this case it'd be from my primary SF without having to do a HELOC or Cash-Out refi? The $ would be used towards a new build that I secured at the end of last year.

I talked my dad into getting a new build SFR property in Coolidge just over a year ago after reading about Nikola coming to town. Since then he's seen over 100k+ in equity and is cash flowing over 1,000 a month. There are still good opportunities out there.

@Paul Balyoz I'm curious to see what others have to say. I'm highly considering investing in 55+ communities in AZ. I have access to some off the market homes in a 55+ community currently that won't be fully built out until 2024.

How has your experience been with your 55+ rental?

@Sam Yin Great testimony and congratulations on all of your success, you have an amazing story that's inspiring. I'm from the L.A. area but now live in AZ. My dad is also an investor who still lives in L.a. I talked him into buying an investment property in AZ last October on a new build site that was shared with me and he's already received 100k+ in equity and it hasn't been a year yet.

If you need some contacts/ resources in AZ let me know, I'd be happy to help!

@Caleb Rowe A family friend who's a realtor/ investor owned an Air Bnb less than 5 minutes away from the Cardinals stadium / Westgate entertainment district that did really well on a monthly basis. She decided to sell it last year due to Covid and cash out.

Wow that's great feedback. I'm planning to turn my property in Copa into a rental which I know should cash flow well.

The West Valley is growing fast with lots of economic development happening in cities like Goodyear, Buckeye etc... Are you looking for SFR or Multifamily?
