I was reading a real estate article the other day which talked about end of the summer buying season (particularly for SFRs).  For you experienced flippers, is this something you consider for prior to purchasing properties.   Thoughts?

Micah Ainsworth you are correct, the $49k is the ARV. Take the ARV x .70 - repairs equals max allowable offer.
