I would buy it if I could move it to property I own.
Do you happen to have an empty plot you could put it on?
I dislike lot rents and HOA fees.

I enjoyed meeting everyone and want to thank Nick J. for the invitation. I may not be able to make many future meetings but it looks like you guys are off to a great start.
Maybe some El Paso/Las Cruces area guys would like to try to start something here.

Of course if you are an employee of the company that performs the repairs, you would get paid as an employee and the cost of repairs would be deductible as an expense.
Not saying that this is legal or ethical, consult your lawyer.
Opinion Steven Hamilton II ?

I'm not sure but I think Predatory lenders used to get an absurb down payment like 30%, oh wait, that's what my bank wants for a commercial loan now, Hmmm.

Post: Quick Poll: Do you Fix and Flip or Buy and Hold?

Buy and hold for me. I don't have the contacts with decent contractors to make a flip possible. Last two contractors I had got fired for screwing up simple jobs. It takes longer to do it myself but I know what I have when I'm done.

My credit union was willing to do it, of course I have an account there also. It did have to be on my income tax though.

I also would like to know how well it works.
I think I would also like to have cameras but that may be difficult to set up in a rehab, better for your home where you have internet access perhaps.
