Hello guys,

I plan to start investing in real estate for the next 10 years. I like to retire from my 9 to 5 job in next 10 years and just live on the rents from my investments.

I am not sure where to start from. I don't even know what questions to ask. Please help me out guys.

Thanks

Chai

@Chai Jonn your first step is figuring out what path you be taking.  Buy and hold, flipping, wholesaling, etc.  Once you figure that out you do your first one, learn from that then move on to number 2.  Having large goals is great, but the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.  Make sure you have action plans for each step to get your first deal done.  All of the advice above is correct, get educated first, but get your feet wet and jump in.
