I just got off the phone with them and i'm going with the silver package. i'm an investor and my partner is a real estate agent so we are going to start with $2K monthly and see how it goes. I'm hoping we will be able to capitalize on the leads that don't make sense from an investors stand point and make some of it up with a traditional listing. I was stationed at Fort Gordon as well years ago and from what I remember it should be a pretty juicy area to wholesale a few properties and get an even bigger chunk towards the future. Best of luck!

I just retired last year and my recommendation would be just wait, it's only 3 months anyways. If your just starting out you definitely want hands on and face to face deals. Read up now and hit the ground running once stateside. BOL!

Their sites are optimized to rank but that does not guarantee anything. It would be a good idea to hire someone to help you. Let me know if interested, I'm taking on a few more clients monthly.

I know this is an older thread but I've been doing SEO for the better part of 10 years now but I never really branched out to heavy because I was active duty Navy. I recently retired so I'd be willing to take on a few new clients as long as they are not here in Pensacola as that's where I market. I'm going to work on a baseline package of what works right now and I can always tweak for each new client.  Just thinking out loud I'd probably only charge $200-$250 a month. I'm not looking to make a killing here, I just love SEO and if I can make a few bucks to pay for my investor carrot bill and mail outs I will be a happy camper. Anyways if you are interested just drop me a line, I'm in Florida and anyone I work with will have my phone number to reach out for any questions. Also the package I come up with will probably be pretty close to what some are charging $1K+ for, I add videos, press releases, article submissions, PBN's, and Q & A's just to name a few.          Just recently retired from the Navy after 23 years and I've always been fascinated by real estate investing. I was an IT and I was very fortunate to walk into a well paying job after retirement so I'm looking to networking here in the local area for now to figure the best way to safely invest my money.
