I am new to BP. Moving to Jackson MS and looking for a property to live in for work that will eventually become a rental. Open to single family but duplex or multi family for house hack would be ideal. Looking in ridgeland or Madison but open to anything. Happy to be here!

I am a dental student graduating in less than a year, looking to get into a residency in a new place and hoping to acquire a property that I can live in and rent out! I don’t have any money and have a lot of educational debt. Would love to hear some feedback about how to get started!
