What do you think of this as an investment. I am thinking offer 6k less and put on a 15 year loan. Lot rent right now are at 150.... But thats low....i am thinking more like 185 rent + 25 maintenance fee per month. Hoping these prices move the old trailer s out so i could upgrade style and age. ...what you think...
