Great and thank you for helping Major. Probate court docs are not visible outside of the courthouse in Florida. To get around this we get a list monthly from the county w all recently filled cases. The need is to be able to cross reference the list with the property appraisers website for name matches and the associated property records. Do you think this is possible or have you seen it done differently or better?

We are looking into building or buying a web scraper for the county property appraiser website. Does anyone have any experience designing or using these?  Any success?

We tried Flipster and it was a good out of the box CRM solution.  It is more than we needed at this time and have been trying to cancel our subscription for 2 weeks now.  We cannot get anyone to answer a phone, return a message or an email.  At this point it looks like we are going to have to contact the bank to stop future payments.  Think twice about this one.  It looks like it is just built off of Podio and repackaged.  Find another developer in the Podio ecosystem instead of Flipster and save yourself the trouble.

New to REI in Central Florida and am very excited to take advantage of one of our many resources here, land.

Predominately looking to start by wholesaling and move into a buy and hold position.

I work in sales professionally so the goal is to leverage that experience into birddoging some deals.

Always looking to network and share information. Feel free to reach out.

Regards,

Chris
