Hello everyone, I a Los Angeles REI and I am working on a deal in the Fort Worth Texas area, this deal is off-market and I am dealing with a FSBO.

This will be my first transaction in Fort Worth, and I am looking for an escrow company that is investor friendly which can help me close this deal.  Do any of you know of any good escrow companies in this area.

Hello BP. Are there any legal issues in California (LA county) for me to pursuit my real estate brokerage license to be able to source and benefit my own deals, put my own offers to for my real estate deals? And how can all this be done legally?

Hello BP, I have a tax related question, I am working on my business taxes, a LLC company, my question is what is the business activity code for real estate wholesaling that the IRS will accept, any fees back as to which activity code to use is appreciated.
