@Michael Baum we are still in the development stages but are working with an attorney to setup a legal partnership. We all separately operate different LLC's but are forming one partnership hoping to do more in the real estate area. A DSCR loan seems like a good idea. Thanks for the reminder. I am trying to gather as much information and research as much as I can. Thanks again.

Thank you all for the feedback.  Definitely need to do more research in this area.  We know there is no easy money but looking for a quicker way to start generating a profit without a huge initial output of capital

Hello all.  I recently heard a podcast about airbnb partnering with some apartment complexes to allow rental arbitrage.  I am part of an investment group that is interested in pursuing opportunities in this area.  Does anyone know where I could find more information about these partners or even a listing of complexes?  Thanks in advance!
