I'm new to REI and am currently pursing wholesaling. Does anyone know of any good automated systems to use to find properties, analyze deals, negotiate deals, and follow-up with motivated sellers? What are the best websites to find discounted deals?

Thanks,

Cedric

Is deed acquisition a good place to start in REI? What is the probability that someone will hand-over the deed for a foreclosed home?

Wow!! This is incredibly enlightening; my entire perspective has changed on wholesaling. It seems very time consuming and resource draining. It makes me think I would be better off, becoming an appraiser, inspector, or real estate agent to learn the ropes.

I agree with you Ross! There should be a more effective way via advertising/social networking.
