So far I've only interviewed one potential CPA and it was ok.  I don't really know if I should be looking for more than what came out of that conversation based off my current situation.  Looking for any possible rec's from this great networking site.

@Jared Vidales @Jesse Burrell any suggestions for my cousin?

I am working at HighestCashOffer.com we currently wholesale houses, we get about 500 leads weekly from paid SEO work. We typically get about 3-5 mobile home leads per day (nationwide) which we currently see as "dead leads" since we are not doing much with the leads.

We get quite a bit of mobiles homes without land, and would be great for investors! Please PM or reply so I can reach out to you with more details. We currently have a lot of leads in the southeast.

We would love to begin to capitalize on these leads but to do so need to find buyers, and a criteria. I'd love to talk with some people who have purchased/sold MH Homes and would willing to talk about doing some business that would great!

I have now been "Wholesaling Houses" for 3 months working at HighestCashOffer.com! This is my first job in Real Estate, and I LOVE IT. My job is to gather the sellers property information and calculate/negotiate offers. I am learning more, and more everyday. Starting this month I have began working on "Self Generated" leads, meaning I am doing all the marketing, finding the seller, and getting them under contact. I have the help of several door knockers in North Carolina, and Ohio. Since I am very new to this I would love to talk with some investors in NC, and Ohio to find out what you are buying/ and what to look for! Please comment, or PM me!

Hello BP Members,

Thought I would update on my progress in RE. It's been officially more than one month working on Real Estate and I am loving it. Working at Highest Cash Offer I am currently managing 500 new leads weekly mostly inbound calls/webforms and getting 3-7 under contract weekly. We are currently using Podio, but will be switching to Infusionsoft in the next few weeks I'd love some tips/suggestions from some Infusionsoft Veterans! While I currently handle the initial property information as of now my goal is to bring more to the table in the next year, l will be working on self generated leads here shortly in my local area (Mesa, Arizona) and would like to hear some tips on driving for dollars, and other ways to collect some leads as well!
