Its located in south fort worth. Yes I've been inside. the guy living there Is actually living in the garage. I bought the property about 2 weeks ago and the peopl;e living said they would leave by this monday. But she barely mention that her brother was living in the back and had nowhere to go, so I was going to have deal with him.  

It sounds like you've done a eviction before can you tell me the steps .

I wouldn't be renting it back since they hadn't paid previous owner in 5 years... but do you have an idea how much it cost to hire a attorney?

I purchased a house in Fort Worth, TX .. and it has people that have already been living there. . I've never evicted anyone,  so i don't know the process. Can someone please explain the steps i need to take. .

Do rental  properties qualify for long term capital gains taxes if bought during feb and march of last year? and Are still owned?

Does my purchase contract have to have the right to assign or, or is their a separate right to sign contract that I have to sign. Or can I just assign my right to buy to a third party without any written contract with the buyer.
