Yes. I have a low rate at 3.5% .that is why I asked. I figured some here has done something like this. I have read my deed of trust. The only thing remotely close say" Borrower must sale or transfer rights of property"

I talked to servicer but they gave run around sending me to different people.

Would it be legal to replat House lot into 2? I recently bought some lots next door to a house i own and and need 4ft from my house lot to make extra lot. But I have a mortgage and dont want to refinance. Is it legal to replat or will lender have the option to call loan due?

Quote from @Chris Seveney:

@Ceasar G.

We’re you direct with the wholesaler or seller? Who is your agreement with?

Why are they not returning the funds ?

 Im direct with the wholesaler. but he assigned me his contract. The title company said they need a release from seller.(by "seller" they mean the seller to the wholesaler). The odd thing is that this is a major wholesaler, I get their email on weekly basis I can't imagine this not happening to them before

what can I do to get my earnest money back. I talked to the wholesaler he cant get a release from the seller. he assigned me the contract. and the seller is not even the correct owner but WFG National title says I still need the release from the seller. What are my options? I never had this problem every time we dont close I always get my money back.

I have some rentals Im looking to refinance. Ive seen some advertisement before But cant recall exactly what company was offering that amount.

I will have to go inside today if I don't get a answer. I was  concerned also from a legal point of view what I will I do with the dog.

Hello BP'ers

Tenant moved out, she was suppose to hand me the keys 3 days ago but has stopped answering her phone. I passed by the property she has clearly moved out  7days ago. There no electric or water. I went by yesterday to visually inspect the property and noticed that there is a pitbull (fully grown) in the house and allot of her property, I gave her plenty of time to move out. What legal options do I have? Do I have to go to court? My concern is also the dog which probably doesn't have water and food? The tenant is also on section 8. I'm in Fort worth,Tx

The Order has been there since Dec 2017. Its in a historic district.
