Sam, every time I bid on one for a client, they always have multiple offers. They will tell you to submit your best offer after your initial offer . Sometimes the listing agent will tell you how many offers they have and some won'\t.  Thanks Clay

Sam, how are you able to see them. I'm a realtor and sometimes bid on Homepath homes for owner occupants.  Thanks Clay

Ryan, make sure that the name on the contract is the same as on the incorporation letters and the proof of funds. When I first started selling HUD Homes. There was several times I made mistakes on contracts or other papers and ended up letting the property go back to HUD. Then we bid on it again, and got the bid again.

Joshua Lawrence, when you look at a property on the HUD website. look at the listing period. If it says extended, then it is available for investors. If it says exclusive, its for owner occupants. You can also to to the search are info, on buyer type scroll down and click investors.

Randy King, all HUD bids are selected by computer, they don't care what your other bids have been. Your realtor can see online what they are doing with the property. It will either say CA- counter offered or OBS other bid selected.

I thought your response was very appropriate. You also had the grounds to remove them from your property if you wish.

Tim, I do alot of HUD Homes in Alabama and I've never brought home less than $860 commission, even on a $16k house, that was bought by an investor. Depends on your needs, though. If I was selling a $500,000 home every week, I wouldn't need to sell HUD Homes. Clay
