@Ned Carey

Thanks Ned. Do I have them bid on material and labor the first time around? Since I wouldn’t know how much the materials would cost at the state I’m looking to invest. Thanks

Hello BP,

I’m looking to invest out of state. Just want to know what are the steps to managing rehab efficiently and safely (so contractors won’t run off with your money)?

Thanks for your inputs!

Hello BP,

I'm looking to invest out of state for the first time by the method of BRRR. Handling the rehab process seems the hardest to me so I would like to get some clarifications from you guys. Thanks in advance!

How do you about finding contractors for out of state rentals? What is the bidding process like? Do you pay for your own materials for the first time working with a contractor? If so, how would you know what materials to buy?

Hello BP,

I’m a CA investor looking to invest in Kansas City, MO. I’m looking to build a team and connect with PMs, realtors, contractors, and lenders.

Please let me know if you’re any of those professionals or know any that have worked with in the past. Thanks in advance!
