@Jonatan Barbera

I’ve been looking at San Antonio myself. Which neighborhoods would you recommend and which should I stay away from?

TIA

Hello BP,

I’m from CA looking to buy a small multifamily deal in TX. I’m currently thinking about San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin.

Can someone refer me to agents in those areas? I would love to get in touch with them.

Thanks in advance :)

Post: Lease Renewal Question

Hello BP,

I’m in California. I have a question to ask, any inputs are appreciated.

The original tenant of ours wants to renew the lease but doesn’t want to renew with the existing roommates. I don’t have a problem with that at all since I like our original tenant but I’m worried about Fair Housing laws.

Like, what if the other roommates want to continue the lease as well. How can I remove just them from the lease and favor the original tenant in this case?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks everyone for your valuable inputs! I’m definitely a lot more confident about the process. I’ll learn a lot more during the process.

@Michael Ablan thanks Michael! I’ve read it twice already and love it. The rehab part is still daunting to me but hopefully after going through the first property I can get the hang out it.
