Welcome Casey!

I realize my post comes to you a year later but it would be great to connect and hear what you have been up to since you began the process! I am just starting out, so it would be great to hear what steps you took and what you have accomplished so far!

Best,

Connor Bell

Welcome Tiffany!

I live in Washington D.C. as well and have just begun the process of getting into personal RE investing!

Would love to chat with you sometime about the Multifamily/D.C. market and am curious to hear your thoughts about the effect of the incredible amount of new supply coming online in the next few years.

Best,

Connor Bell

Hello BP community!

My name is Connor Bell and I currently live in Washington D.C., and work as an Analyst for a boutique capital markets group placing debt and equity on commercial real estate developments. I am 25 years old and have big ambitions for my future in the RE world. That said, I am completely new to the personal side of investing in real estate and thought joining this community might help me get started and gain the confidence to take a leap of faith.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post!

Best,

Connor Bell
