Newbie from Washington, D.C.
Hi Everyone,
My name is Tiffany Smith and I writing from Washington, D.C. I am currently in the process of attempting to close on my first home (tentatively 7/14) in SE Washington, D.C. It's a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath built by a small developer in Marshall Heights. It's new construction and I intend to rent out two of the rooms in the home so I am living for almost nothing.
My background is in Architecture and Construction. Worked for a large General Contractor in D.C. for 3 years and now work for a big 4 firm consulting with the federal government on capital projects/construction.
I am extremely interested in purchasing a multi-family (preferably 4-unit in C.H.A.S.E or Trinidad) in the next year before I head off to business school to generate some income while in school.
Looking to make connections in D.C. and the rest of the world! Excited to join the BP family.
