Heading to the Real Estate Wealth Expo in Edison NJ this weekend. Tony Robbins and a list of other speakers. Curious if any of the bigger pockets family is going as well?

So I got pre-approved for a mortgage but I don't have the money for DP or reserves. Been looking at properties and found some deals. I want to get started but getting discouraged. What can I do?

I've been pre-approved for a mortgage but have no cash for reserves. I have credit cards w 0% interest. I'm considering getting a line of credit from the bank. What other options are there to use?

I'm interested in small multi families at the moment to get my feet wet. Which event will u be at? Also where can I find more meet ups other than on meet up app?

I think my problem is the analysis paralysis as well. I use the calculators and run the #'s but not sure if they're right. I just don't want to make a bad decision. I need to network more also. I plan on attending some local meet ups in RI.

More in the New London county and most of RI. 2-4 door MF units.
