Hi, I was wondering if anyone was a member of this group. Citrus county seems to be a good area to invest.

I am looking for a good RE Investment club in the NW Florida area. I've found 2 online: The Marion Count REIA that meets in Ocala, and the Citrus Realty Investors Group that meets in Crystal River. Has anyone heard of or are members of these groups? Are there any other groups in the area?

I have recently moved to the area and am looking for good areas for SFHs to buy and hold.

I just listened to the podcast, and I had to check out your pictures. They are unbelievable! I can't wait to see the after photos!
